217230 - 4-Week Eye Cream Study

Study Overview

Eurofins Alba are inviting female volunteers aged 18-70 to take part in an Eye Cream Study. The study is being carried out to provide safety data and to substantiate the marketing claims of:

• “Ophthalmologically Tested and Approved”

• “Safe for use on Eye Area”.

Ophthalmological and subjective assessments will be performed at Baseline (Day 0) and Week 4 (Day 28). There will be 2 visits to the test centre, including this one at each visit to the test centre, please refrain from applying any products to your eyes or face, eyelashes, or facial piercings.

On the morning of your screening visit, please do not wash your face. At your screening appointment, assessments from the optometrist will be taken each visit. Following this, you will then be provided with the test products, and you will be instructed on usage. A diary sheet will be provided on which to record the times of each usage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please attend all visits having refrained from applying any cosmetic products or make-up the day of the visit.

About the appointments:

You will be required to attend 2 visits to the test centre. Our address is 24 Broughton Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3RH. Each visit would take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Visit 1 – Wednesday, 20 August 2025

Visit 2 – Wednesday, 17 September 2025

Expenses

Upon completion of the study, you will be able to receive £55.
